Vincent, P.C.” In 1990, the firm moved to its present location. Over the years, the firm has established a reputation for litigation excellence, mostly in the criminal law arena. In 2003, James E.R. Fifelski, Esq. joined the firm as an Associate Attorney and became a Partner in 2008. James E. R. Fifelski, Attorney at Law

James E. R. Fifelski, Esq. is an experienced criminal and civil trial attorney. He previously served as interim law clerk/judicial intern for Federal Magistrate Judge Virginia Morgan. Mr. Fifelski spends a great deal of time in district and circuit courts throughout Southeastern Michigan involved in commercial, landlord/tenant, probate, real estate, and tort lawsuits.
